We’ve supplied hundreds of these systems globally, and ours run at the highest productivity in the industry — 3 kg of throughput per kWh at 1,200–1,250°C. At any given time about 400 billet Megatherm heaters are running all over the world.

Our modular billet heaters scale from 100 kW right up to 10,000 kW, operating between 1 kHz and 10 kHz, and our inline and cold billet heaters go even further, up to 30,000 kW — giving manufacturers of every size a heating solution built to match their production line.
