Mr. Bikramjit Ghosh, aged about 66 years, is a Chartered Accountant. He has about 40 years of diversified experience. The first part spanning about 15 years, includes working with a renowned CA firm and a Central Government enterprise and a couple of large business groups in India (1985 – 2000). The second part spanning 22 years had been as “Whole Time Director & CFO” / “Member of the Board” of Indian subsidiaries of Danieli S.P.A., a renowned Italian multinational business group in the “Steel / Metal sector”, for their wholly owned Indian subsidiaries (2000 – 2022). The third part of the last 3 years had been a mix of professional management consultancy and corporate assignments. (2022-2025). He joined Danieli India Ltd. in July 2000 as the deputy in charge of the Finance & Accounts department and was designated as “Senior Manager – Finance”. Within one year, he was given the responsibility to head the department and was promoted to the “Financial Controller” position. Within six years of joining the Company i.e. in early 2006, he was inducted into the Board as “Whole Time Director & CFO” in charge of “Finance & Accounts”, “HR & Administration” and “Legal, Corporate Affairs, Systems & Contracts”. He managed complete Financial / Commercial / Local authority & Government statutory compliances / Legal and administrative activities in setting up the Company’s green-field manufacturing plant in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India with a capital outlay of about 65 million euros. He received Danieli group “Work Ethics” award in December 2010. The certificate from the Group President was received with special acknowledgment of merit, positive attitude, and commitment/dedication. He also received Danieli group “Long Service Award” in December 2020 on completion of twenty years of continuous service with the group.
