In 1989 we sparked off, banking on our team of Electro Thermal Processing experts and the capital of experience that we had gathered since the 1970. Shesadri Bhusan Chanda
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr Shesadri Bhusan Chanda (Managing Director), is a gold medalist in Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, New York. He started his career with Tata Group and then shifted to GEC (India) Ltd. He gathered experience in the field of electrical Induction Melting Furnace during his 5 – 6 years’ service period with GEC. He nurtured the Megatherm Group from a humble beginning to a publicly listed engineering house of international repute.
Satadri Chanda
CFO & Director
Mr Satadri Chanda (Director & CFO), son of Mr S B Chanda, obtained his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engg & Management at Virginia Tech, USA and worked with KPMG in their management consulting division before joining Megatherm.
Mr. Vikas Varshney
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Vikas Varshney completed Electronics Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur. Associated with Megatherm from the start after quitting GEC. Currently in the role of Operations Head and is one of the pillars of team Megatherm.
